2. Catering – food, beverage, flatware, stemware, table clothes, silverware etc.

3. Specialized desserts – cakes, pastry, chocolates and breads.

4. Customized menu cards for events.

5. Customized invitations for guests.

6. Name cards for each guest to place on dining table.

7. Decorations – flowers, balloons, silk flowers, candles, tents etc.

8. Location (if not at clients dwelling).

9. Theme parties.

10. Wait staff – bartenders, waiters etc.

11. Music – live bands and DJ

12. Clean up service.

13. Private chefs.

14. Transportation – limousine, horse drawn carriage etc.

15. Off-Premise and On-Premise catering- drop-offs, limited service, full service and gourmet service catering.
