1/18/08 - Website traffic increases by 25% in January 2008
Divine Generation, LLC's control and re-organization of
Broward County City Guide results in an unprecedented increase in
traffic. "We knew that the site needed some work", said Miguel A. Gonzalez, one
of the Managing Partners of Divine Generation, LLC. "But we were not expecting
such wonderful results in this short of a timeframe. It is exciting news."
Broward County City Guide
is the brain child of Miguel A. Gonzalez, but since its creation in 1999, it was
managed as a hobby. Over the years the site's traffic increased at a steady
rate, but not much time was dedicated to it because of other income generating
projects on the works. When Miguel and his wife, Shannon, founded Divine
Generation, LLC in June of 2006, they re-assessed existing projects acquired by
the business. Among them was
Broward County City Guide.
It remained on the back burner for the remainder of 2006 and most of 2007. By
August of 2007, the site began its transformation and redesign.
Today, the site's traffic has increased by 25% in less than 30 days, an
impressive increase when considering the fact that
Broward County City Guide
does not advertise its site. The traffic is solely generated through search
engines and word of mouth. But this will soon change. "We are currently planning
local advertising campaigns, vehicle wraps and other tools to get the word
out.", said Miguel. "We are going to focus our efforts to make everyone aware of
the site and continue to be an integral part of the community. Much like it has
been since it first went online in 1999.
Website traffic to
Broward County City Guide
is currently at over 15,000 hits per month. Statistically, the site traffic has
commenced growing at a rate of 10% per month. But this rate spiked to 25% in
January alone. "It is no coincidence that our traffic has spiked in January. We
performed a major update to the site in December." added Miguel.
Keep looking out for more changes and improvements in
Broward County City Guide.
